We also offer optional add-on services when you need extra documents or support. This lets you pay only for the services you need.

Documents Only – No-frills document preparation of Phase 1 probate documents. No case management, filing, or other services.
Full Service -Includes preparation of documents, filing, and case management for the particular probate phase selected
Costs– Costs are not included in our fees and will vary on a case-by-case basis. Costs would include court filing fees, publication fees, efiling costs, postage, photocopying/scanning services, notary fees, and other third-party expenses.
**Base quoted fees cover 1 Petitioner, 1 piece of real property and up to 5 beneficiaries.

- Fees are based on all heirs waiving bond, waiver of accounting by all beneficiaries, and all creditors paid in full prior to filing Petition for Final distribution.
- Phase 3 Petition for Final Distribution may have add-on fees based on extraordinary actions or requests by the administrator prior to distribution.
- Term of contracted services: 12 months. Most probates are completed within 9-11 months. Clients have the option to extend the contract term for an additional annual fee of $500.

Case Management -Includes preparing and filing all documents (general and ex parte if needed), setting hearings, checking probate notes, sending hearing notices, filing the order and letters, and guiding the client through the Citation, Capacity Declaration, and required personal notices. Also includes post-hearing guidance on documents to serve and file after the conservator is appointed, through the Petition phase.
Costs – Costs are not included in our fees and will vary on a case-by-case basis. Costs would include court filing fees, investigation fee, efiling costs, postage, photocopying/scanning services, notary fees, and other third-party expenses.
